Apache 1.3.28 Defunct/zombie processes bug

Hello people, I've been getting quite lot of messages regarding so called "no cookie" issue. if you noticed that after upgrading to apache 1.3.28 your c based trade script starts to act wierd and your productivity drops dramatically as well as you see eexcessive no cookie hits/clicks - check your apache version for this defunct bug. this will save you quite lot of nerves.

affected are all apache 1.3.28 versions built till august 10th.
