Stats from tmanager3:

Raw in: 244
Uni in: 182
Proxy: 12%
Clicks: 8207
Url: 5561
Trade: 2646

My site is good. But not that good. This from a non trusted trade. But I've seen similar stats from trusted trades. Can anyone come up with an explanation?

its possible that it was some sort of bot crawling for galleries :(

I had situation like this - IP blacklist helps in this matter.

But how will I know what ip to blacklist. I also think it must be some kind of crawler. And it counts a shitload of hits because I have this multi category text link thing on that site. The problem is not too big because there's the cap feature in tmanager3, but still it messes up stats.

Is it possible to have cap on click count for a single ip? For example if a surfer clicks more than 10 times the following clicks will be considered useless and not counted.

The crawler is loose again! This time two different trades with prod 1000+%. And these are not small trades. What worries me is that I only saw these kind of stats on gallerygroove (new version of tmanager3) - never on akissbetweenthelegs (old version of tmanager3).

Well, this is turning out to be a rather serious problem. Again one trade has gone click crazy: Over 100K clicks in the past 24 hours.

One of my biggest trades are one of my other sites. There I see some weird stats. 18K raw in and only 10K uniques from gallerygroove. I beleive some webmasters looking at that kind of stats would be suspicious. And depending on how and when these raw useless hits are distributed among trade partners it could seriously mess up trading.

yep, thats crawler allright. if you can check on other site what raw hits you get in (eg repeating IPs incomming) during this crazy click mess, you can check it up on gallerygroove and blacklist. meanwhile I will check with matthew if new ip log system is compatible to upgrade with your version.
