Mathew looks like you have installed tmenager with a bug at teenagebus. I was getting "width=88 height=88 border-2" in "url code" - it was something like this :
<a href="url_of_gallery width=88 height=88 border-2"><img scr="url_of thumb">
I have deleted width=88 height=88 border=2 from img.cfg and img_full.cfg files but there is still a bug and when I add new galleries I have this problem again. So please fix it when you will have some time
