I found a new toolbar program, up to 27 cents an install they say. They pay by fethard, epassporte etc. So I'm going to give it a shot as I cannot find a decent dialer lately. They only launched the program about 2 days ago so at least it's fresh.

ucbill is paying 40 cnets per install and today I got histerical ICQ messages from Mediatickets support guy - they offered us same - 40 cents per install... anybody interested? :D

Yes, but the point is it's a new program. You can only sale a mediaticket once to each surfer. So rotate your exit/enter pop and get paid for both.
