Hello,
I ordered the Thumb Manager script over a week ago now, and it was installed, but since then we haven't been able to reach anyone throughout the week about our problems (have tried ICQ'ing tons of times every single day + emails sent). Honestly, this has made me become a little worried about the lack of support, because if something messes up with the script or our server is down for some reason and we need to fix it, we would be screwed. The last time I've talked with anyone is the day it was installed, ever since then NO response at all. I've almost been to the point to where I have almost wanted to demand a refund, so I'm coming to this message board as a last resort.
Here are the problems we are facing...
1) When we go to make thumbs out of the galleries, NONE of them even show up. They are being added to the server fine, but for some reason they do not show up. The weird thing is when we upload them to the harddrive, they show up, but when we try and view them online the only thing we get is a bunch of RED X's. We kind of figured something wasn't installed right or our server tech support forgot to do something?
2) We need the template.shtml file to be redirected to index.shtml since we use UCJ. We've talked to someone who had his redirected to go.shtml so we weren't sure what we had to do to get the template file redirected to index.shtml?
3) We need to know exactly what we are suppose to fill into the OUT SCRIPT LINK space on the configure out script portion of TManager? We think we know, but just wanted to double check.
4) For the thumb tables, we want to use our own galleries, but we would like them rotating around as well, so we would just use the HTML in the first BOX on the link below correct?

That's all we need to know. Some of the things we might know about already, but it's just double checking to make sure we know exactly what we are suppose to do. If you'd like you can contact me via ICQ at 5178-2078 and we can get this situation resolved quickly.
