I like first one - thumb preview.
It's all about productivity mate. If these sites works for you (good returns to trades, growing, etc.) everything is ok. If not try to change layout. Not working... change again :)

I did not liked combination of dark grey and pink - dark backgrounds never worked for me well.

I dunno much about sites... I just pick a template, install scripts, add thumbs, trades and cash in :D

but you surely can discuss such things in general forum as well ;)
