serious though matt get a skin, and then trade links with all the webmaster resources out there and add a resource section.

that in and of itself will get more ppl in the place, and more traffic to it :)

well it is almost the same as any other traffic thing...

You need links (i have list of resource sites, plus table of their recips )
submit to them, and they link back and send traffic.

Your own resources -- get links on the wembaster pages of tgps -- at least the ones using tmanger

a new design --just like a traffic pump, it is no good if it has the same design as everybody else.

I like the plain phpbb skin. It's easy on the eye after staring at it for hours.

Good suggestion about the resource sites links.

Also maybe a bannerswap header or footer to Thor's adultwebmaster banner exchange would bring in a few. You must have a few k page views lately.

the current skin is easy on the eyes, but it has no character and for most ppl that see the default phpbb install and they may not bother to register..

True, but the default skin looks that way for a reason because its the best for a general board.

yes but a skin can be found that is more distinctive, yet just as easy on the eyes...on also will offer some unique identity to the board.

man many wembaster boards fly up one day and are then taken down the next... without the chance to establish their own character and identity that is necessary...

like i think this board alreay has the character that we think cjs are a good thing. With that idea in mind im sure we will come with some ideas to extract additional revuene out of the surfer (for his/her pleasure) and not provide them with too much for free like is emphasized at many other trafic pump related sites.

indeed. I think they will find something that is hopefully as easy to read and differentiate this one fromeverything else that is out there with default installs

patience is the key :2cents:

it will be changed but I want to find a nice one. and that takes some time since I got some other things to do as well :)

Yeah, i think the key is just getting the logo...that will add a bit of spice..the template skin will be easy enough when you find the right site with phpbbskins
