Thumbs are not Loading on my site. I need Help Please!!!!!!

Hi there,
my site www.porno-galleries.net has a major problem, for some reason the thumbs that i have in the tmanager database are not getting loaded to my site, it has been like this for 24hours now.
Andy, Matt........ I need your help!!!

if you change something in your templates/mainpages, please please note what kind of permissions files had before you change anythin ok?
