I'm looking for a cheap dedicated server host.

I've looked at rackshack.net and servermatrix.com

So far servermatrix looks much better.

Any suggestions?

why does it looks much better?

I had never used servermatrix, that's why I'm asking.

we have 2 servers @ ev1servers (former rackshack) for various backup purposes and I never had any complaints about them.

Btw, this board is hosted @ ev1servers :D

The prices are a bit cheaper and they offer a bit more in the way of a server.

They also offer a free vlan for your servers.

I shouldn't have said "much" it is only a bit looking at it now.

What are you going to use that server for? Usually you get what you pay for. If you are going to use it for something mission critical maybe it's worth considering investing a bit more.
