Top Bucks FHGs and Thumb Manager

The new Top Bucks hosted gallery links don't seem to work when processed through Thumb Manager. The rev id is lost. I have tried to encode the urls. Now they work when processed through TD, but rev id is still lost when processed through Thumb Manager. Any suggestions?

why they all can't make nice autogenerated htmls + symlinks and a smarter scripting - like adultcashier have, so that we thumbscript people didn't had to release patch everytime somebody updates their FHG :)
